You pay once, I reach out to you personally on WhatsApp. I send you your training programme and nutrition plan directly — tailored to your goal. From there, you have daily access to me, a weekly group call, and monthly challenges within The Protocol. It is 1-1 coaching with the option to be part of a brotherhood of men on the same path. Four months. One system.

Yes. The training programme is built around gym equipment — barbells, dumbbells, cables, and a pull-up bar. You do not need anything fancy, but you need access to a gym. If you train at home with limited equipment, message me and I will adjust the programme around what you have.

Travel is not an excuse — it is a variable we plan around. If you know you are travelling, tell me in advance. I will adjust the programme to work with whatever gym or equipment you have access to. The nutrition plan is simple enough to follow anywhere in the world. The system adapts. You do not stop.

Four training sessions per week. Sessions run between 40 and 90 minutes depending on the day. Meal prep takes roughly 30 minutes a day if you are organised. The programme is designed for men who are busy — it is built to fit into a real life, not replace it.

If you are brand new to training, this will work — but you need to be serious about it. The Protocol is not a casual programme. It is built for men who want results and are willing to work for them. If that is you, beginners are welcome. Everything is explained clearly and I am available every day to answer questions.

Completely fine. The brotherhood — group chat, weekly call, monthly challenges — is optional. If you prefer to keep your coaching strictly 1-1 between you and me, that is your call. The coaching itself is exactly the same either way.

You can leave at any time — no notice required, no awkward process, just a message to me on WhatsApp. If you cancel within the first month, a 50% refund (£198) is available. This covers the cost of the programmes sent on day one and the first month of 1-1 coaching. After the first month, no refund is available.
